Frequently new vendors are very strong in the development of software but lack the experience in growing and managing a technology business. Furthermore they cannot afford to take on Management, Sales, Marketing and Product resource on a full time basis.
Laureus Consulting has over 20 years experience in managing technology companies and has focused on the legal sector since 2003 working for firms such as Thomson Reuters, APS Billback and IntApp.
Our approach is to follow a customer service ethos focussed on the "Whole Product" with the goal of developing long term relationships with key clients and partners.
